1. No Refunds for Digital Products
Due to the digital nature of our course materials, quizzes, downloadable PDFs, eBooks, and other online resources, all sales are final. Once access to the course has been granted, we do not offer refunds, cancellations, or transfers, whether partially or fully used.
This policy applies to:
- Course enrollments (monthly, yearly, or one-time payments)
- eBooks, flashcards, practice exams, and downloads
- Self-assessment tools and mock tests
- Memberships and subscriptions
2. Non-Transferability
Your course purchase is for individual use only. Sharing, distributing, or reselling access to any part of the course or material is strictly prohibited and may lead to termination of access without refund.
3. Exceptions – Limited and Case-by-Case
While our refund policy is strictly no-refund, in rare and exceptional cases, such as:
- Accidental duplicate payments,
- Technical errors on our side (e.g., payment processed but no access given),
we may offer store credit or a partial refund, at our sole discretion. You must notify us within 48 hours of such an issue by contacting us at:

4. Trial Access or Previews
We may offer limited-time previews, demo lessons, or introductory materials so you can explore the course before purchasing. We encourage all students to carefully review these materials before making a final commitment.
5. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting our support team is considered a breach of our Terms. We reserve the right to suspend access to the course and pursue legal action in the case of fraudulent chargebacks.
